The Precision Profit Programme is delivered in 4 key parts:
1 - Goal Setting and Development Plan
Understand where you are now, define where you want to be, and outline the steps to get there.
2 - Financial Budget and Cashflow
Use simple yet effective templates to create a management account and corresponding cashflow for the year, providing a clear financial roadmap.
3 - Benchmarking Against Group Members
Compare key metrics with other businesses to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
4 - Quarterly Financial Reviews
Review your actual financials against your budget, update your development plan, and adjust strategies as needed.
How Is It Delivered?
This package is designed to balance flexibility with structure, offering:
A mix of virtual and in-person meetings, with regional groups of 6–8 businesses to enhance peer-to-peer learning and collaboration.
One-to-one support from the Precision Grazing Team throughout the year.
Access to a dedicated WhatsApp group, phone, and email for ad-hoc questions and ongoing support.

Investment
The Precision Profit Programme is available for £1375+VAT per business, limited places offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase at the same time as your Discussion Group Membership, first meetings online on the 21st and 23rd January 12:30-14:00, sign up by 20th January.
Requirements:
To get the most out of this programme, you’ll need to:
Have a PG Supporter or Team Membership.
Agree to share financial and business data with your group (under the Chatham House Rule).
Have the ability to access the sales and expenses information required to update the provided cashflow template on monthly basis. For those using a digital accountancy programme (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) this might mean editing the existing or creating a new chart of accounts.
Provide your updated management accounts and cashflow data at least 48 hours before each group meeting.
Attend all group meetings and actively contribute to discussions and the WhatsApp group.
